About me

My name is Adam Schirmer. I was born and raised in Cincinnati. Growing up I thought I was going to work at Pixar and be an animator. That thought changed when I found out as an animator you don’t get to do all the stuff, instead specialize in one thing like hair. Given my art background, the next logical direction was design.

In UC’s DAAP program I majored in Digital Design. This was great for me because it encompassed so many things that interest me; design, video, 3D, motion and photography. Web design became a natural fit, because so many of these things can be used for it.

Outside of my day job, I enjoy creating illustrations and digital art. I enjoy taking video when I have the chance. I love brainstorming side projects and ventures for my friends and I to do.
